Do Not Move In!! There is limited parking, no one to police the pool, extremely noisy at night, roaches all over, gates to the property never work, and dog poop in the lawn. It's over priced for what you are getting. It has just gone downhill over the last 2 years!!!!

Where is maintenence??? I have been calling them for 4 weeks now and still never saw anyone. It is overpriced and I have lots of roaches. The guy estirminated in 2 spots in my apartment for 3 weeks(1 day a week) and roaches are still here. I am not inmpressed and wil not renew my lease soon. I have had lots of trouble with water in the walls and rotting wood.

You forgot to mention the walls are paper thin and the apartments are designed for odd shaped people. The doorways are hardly wide enough for someone to fit through (and I am not overweight by any means), the peephole is for someone thats like 6' tall, the tile in the shower stops where my head is (I'm 5'2") but the shower head goes way higher up. And there is absolutely nothing securing the pool to keep kids from falling in. I lived right by the pool and when we were moving, the 3 guys that were helping us were mainly concerned about falling in the pool because there is no gate or ANYTHING around it! Parking does suck, mainly because there are cars parked there that no longer work that management refuses to tow. Oh and I forgot to mention, the toilet in the apartment above us was leaking. When we moved in, I noticed a water stain in the bathroom to which my husband ignored, until one day he was sitting on the toilet and the ceiling started dripping on him! Maintenance came and cut the rotted part of the ceiling out and replaced it with a piece of wood and said they'll come back when they "have time" and finish it. WTF, they never came back!

Oh my... I just moved here last weeknd and so far I like it... Got a good deal 2nd floor 1 bd room only $459. I have a relative that stays here and he loves it. So far so good...
