I moved in when Camden was in charge of management- they did a good job, fixed maintenance issues often, and staff were friendly and helpful.

After it became Westchase Crossing, that all changed. Our car was broken into and the radio and about $500 worth of CDs taken. This while the gate was open. My husband asked the office staff when the gate would be fixed. They said it was left open on purpose because new people were moving in and they didn't have gate cards for them. When my husband mentioned it was because our car was broken into, the manager came out and said "The gate is not a security device." What is a gate if not a security device'
The gate is often broken or left open. The staff didn't seem to care about our loss, just about a potential lawsuit. We've also had some random person banging on our door and cussing at 4am. The call box on the gate has never worked. I've submitted requests to fix our toilet 4 times, and it was never done. Our utility bills have arrived the last two months after the due date. The utility bill keeps increasing and is now twice what it used to be. The complex is often noisy as people drive by with loud/blaring music and walls are not soundproof. There are many potholes in the parking lot that never get fixed.
Often lots of "visitors" coming in and out who "stalk" the gate until someone with a swipe card can open it. Parking is sometimes good, sometimes difficult to find a space. Really annoying policy about not being allowed to keep "unsightly" things on your porch/patio- including boxes, mops/brooms, workout equipment, etc. Essentially the only things allowed are patio furniture and plants.
Pool is often fairly clean and well maintained. Grounds are pretty well maintained. Maintenance staff are friendly and do their job well (it seems most things can be blamed on office staff/management).

Common sense on your patio. Any apartment you go to you are not allowed to have anything besides patio furniture and plants, hence its a patio. Patios are not for your trash, extra furniture, or junk to be stored. Get a sunroom if you dont like it.

I do understand that some people enjoy working with the same people in the office when thay moved in but the new staff currently there is great very friendly and speaks more than the previous staff we must allow them a chance people change jobs for a reason always try to put yourself in other people shoes they are trying to correct many years of damage.
