I moved into Camden Greenway over 3 years ago, and I will not be moving anytime soon. The office staff is very responsive whenever I have anything go wrong, the maintenence team is great as well. Although I will agree with the other posting about it taking several tries to get something fixed... but no complaints here, at least it always gets done. My rent is reasonable for the area, and my neighbors always seem to be courteous when passing in the hallways. I even had someone bring me a basket of fruit when I first moved in. I think its hit or miss as far as making EVERYONE happy! But after reading all of these bad reviews I thought I would help them out by writing an honest, good review from my personal journey with this place. I would refer Camden Greenway to friends or family. I hear about crime from time to time but I have never been bothered... this is Houston folks, crime happens everywhere and I dont feel like Camden Greenway has a problem with crime. If your looking for a decent priced apartment and a location you cant beat Camden Greenway is worth checking out.
