Just Another Apartment - Nothing Special From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/3/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Just moved out after a one-year lease. Lots of big dogs (labs, retreivers, great danes)which means lots of dog crap and no one seems to pick up after their dogs. You will smell urine in the breezeways and you will find dog crap everywhere. The residents are pretty young so you will have noise each night between midnight and 2 a.m. when they are getting home from a night of partying. The security guard is usually sleeping at the top of one of the parking garages during this time so don't count on him keeping the noise down. Office staff is average and usually helpful. Maintenance generally does not get it fixed the first or even second time, but they do respond promptly and on weekends. Thoughout the year, several cars were broken into during the day and in the middle of the night. The exterior of property and the grounds are not well lit. The gates around the property are always broken so it is very easy to get into the property. The gates are usually in working order. Just my honest opinion...
