goin' downhill fast From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Lowered rents so anyone can live here. Mostly younger kids partying all the time. Office staff is rude and maintenance is slow. Something is always broken - gates & garage. No security to speak of and had my car broken into recently. I am planning to move out when my lease is up. There are better places to live!
