For the most part, I like it

My girlfriend and I moved in here in April 2005, nice size 2/2 on the 2nd floor, for a good price. What attracted us most was the large gym (won't find a bigger one in the area for the price), convenient parking garages and layout/size of the apartment. The location is not exactly where we wanted to be (we're not fans of the neighboring pubs) but it's convenient to both of our jobs, there's a park, a bank and a gas station within walking distance, and there's really no street noise at all where we are. There are 4 pools, one of them right next to our building. We did a lot of shopping around, made spreadsheets comparing amenities and prices between all complexes in the area, and decided on Camden Greenway. Now don't get me wrong it's not perfect, it's just the best compromise in the area.
Notable problems I've had are: toilets constantly getting clogged, creaking from upstairs neighbors, garage gates are frequently stuck open, couple of treadmills were out of service for a few months, residents let the gates slam shut at night, quite a few snobs live here, apparently there are frequent car break-ins, typical stuff I guess.
Overall: I'm sad that when it comes time to renew, the rent will have gone up and we'll be forced to find somewhere else to live. No place is perfect, unless you're paying top dollar. We're not rich, and we found this to be the best compromise.
