To sum it up first 2 years ok rent is reasonable. Last 9 months have been hell my car was broken into last may (over 30 cars in one night) then in Nov. my apartment was burglarized with 7 others. They just kicked in the cheap door. My apartment is right by the leasing office too. Don't expect much sympathy from the office staff even if you are a single female living by yourself. Rumor is the security guard at night drinks. They do nothing to increase security. Also, the walls are so thin I feel like I live in one big room with my neighbors and all their pets. Oh I almost forgot one of my sisters friends was held up at gun point in the parking garage by 59!

I will say this the maintenance guys are great!



The sad thing is they are now trying to lease to old people because the young professionals all know this place is unsafe. Pay an extra hundered bucks down the street and it will save you thousands in car repairs, stolen items, not to mention maybe your life.
