Toilets clog consistently (at the rate of at least once per week), and not because of stools. Three squares of toilet paper will do it almost every time- and this has supposedly been taken care of by maintenance. One of the most irritating things is that tenants living on other floors do not park on their own floors, which means that there is less parking for those who actually park on their own floor. Management definitely needs to start assigning color-coded stickers for floors to help remedy the situation. The spaces ARE small, but we've gotten used to them- it's the huge influx of SUVs and A&M trucks that seem to be hogging up room, sometimes even double-parking (hasn't the cost of fuel convinced you to get a smaller, more hip car'). But I digress- oh another major complaint is the VERY POOR condition of the exercise equipment in the gym. One of the TVs upstairs is broken, and has been for the last 3 weeks. The temperature in the gym is always too warm. Anyway- the list goes on. The location is very convenient but if you can afford to spend a little more, go elsewhere.
