Loud, bad parking, and horrible staff

I lived there for my first year of law school with my wife. Everything started off great... until they found out that the lease I signed was incorrect. After discovering THEIR error, they attempted to raise my rent by $200/month for the last 4 months of my 12 month lease. I had to threaten legal action and moving out before they finally saw things my way.
THe walls are paper thin. For one thing, when your neighbor's alarm clock goes off, you better be ready to get up as well... because the alarm clock is going to wake you both up.
The workout center is below average... the parking garages are bad... small parking spaces. I had a very hard time parking my pickup truck, but my wife had a hard time parking her car as well... and she drives a Jetta. I can't count the number of door-dings I now have on my vehicles due to the parking garage.
Trash is always full on the weekends... air conditioner couldn't keep up with the Houston summers (ran all the time and my apartment was still almost 88 degrees. Maintenance couldn't figure it out.
I will say that my toilet never clogged and my car never got broken into!
