Be aware of the crime

Granted, the apartments are close to downtown. However, in the year I lived here my car was vandalised twice, and an apartment near mine was broken into. Management didn't care and didn't do much to help. From what I understand, many apartments were even broken into here.
Bad note- things are built cheaply and break easily. If you're near a garage you can hear EVERYTHING at night.
Good note- management is good about having things fixed on time.
Bad note- I don't think I ever got mail in less than 3 weeks... sometimes I just wouldnt get mail for a week. I am not sure what happened with the mail man.
Good note- great pool. Younger population.
If you're set on this area of town, this place isn't terrible for the price. But if safety is a concern, its worth paying for a more expensive place.
