I do like my apartment, but I do not like what I pay for it. I fortunately don't have to deal with the office staff much, so I can't make an assesment of how good or terrible they are. But if I am right about most office staff, they are usualy intellectually deficient, slow, vapid, and rude. Crime has seemed to increase, but that is true all over Houston. I personally haven't experienced it, but the car next to mine had been broken into. There are too many good apartments that are a bit cheaper with a good location. The apartment itself only has minor problems, cheap fixtures, thin walls, but overall fairly nice. I just think you could find a better apartment for cheaper.
