everything negative is true and more!!! Rude management, not caring, NOT SAFE AT ALL (muggins at knife and gun point, vandalized cars and several broken in apartments)! Parking always problem! Gates Always broken and open, anyone comes and goes- no security...in almost a year here never seen security guard on duty at night or any other time!!!! Very unfavourable lease for tenats. Loud and Noisy-thin walls-yOU will always hear people and what they do next/over or below you (we can even hear when our neightbours go pee!). Loud A/C and not working properly. Cheap w/d, dishwasher......and YES constant problem with plugged toilets!!!!!! and low water pressure especially on 2 3 rd floor when taking showers-I get really sick of this.
