Bad stuff first: The gates to one of the parking garages don't really work after a rain storm. I know several individuals who either got their car or apartment broken into (nothing of value was ever taken).
Everything else: I LOVED my apartment here. I didn't really appreciate the all access parking garage until I left :-( The office staff was ALWAYS friendly and extremely helpful. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Maintenance is prompt and efficient. The apartment complex I live in now is SUCH a nightmare!!! Everytime I go back to Camden I wish I'd never left!!!

The bottom half of this review is not precise. The office staff is not helpful. This tentant obviously didn't live on the third floor! I was there for a year complaining about the rats and pigions in the celing and Cindy and staff did nothing about it. PLEASE DON'T LIVE HERE save yourself the stress! |
