Camden Greenway

I moved in earlier this month, and couldn't be happier so far. I personally (no locator) shopped for an apartment for just shy of one month, and found that for my needs, Camden Greenway had what I needed.
Excellent access to 59, including the HOV lane enterance at Edloe. Parking is a non-issue around my building. This week, I received a notice on my door that they are starting valet trash pickup. I have yet to use the Gym, Pool, or Business center, so I cannot comment about those. Since I've been here, the gates I use have worked 100% of the time. Also, i've seen security driving around at night more than a few times. The $40/mo for Time Warner cable is cheaper than retail after taxes and all, and includes HBO. Another plus is you don't have to wait for TW to come out and install it, just plug in your TV and you're set. Ashley and Laverne in the office have been very helpful since I expressed interest in the community, and have continued to provide excellent service. I am very pleased I made the decision to lease here.

I'm new to houston, and have seen tons of crime postings on every complex's ratings, so I'm taking measures into my own hands. My car has a security system, and I have wheel locks on my (factory) wheels. I just received an alarm permit($15/yr) from the city of Houston to enable my alarm in my apartment to sound upon entry without entering a code. Also, renters insurance is a no brainer at $10-15 a month.
