I lived in Camden Greenway for 3 years. Overall it is an ok complex. The location is great!! I read the other reviews and yes, crime does seem to be an issue, though I never had any problems. I would not suggest living in building #1, 2 or 3 - that seems to be the problem area as it has direct access to the freeway. The mgmt sends out a memo each time something happens but they haven t gone above and beyond to hire REAL security etc.

The mgmt is pretty good overall. The maintenance crew is great and usually repairs everything the next day. Watch out though they try to screw you BIG time when renewals come around. If you think you might be here for longer than one leasing term sign a 2 year!! They have no problem jacking up the rent $100 - $250 more a month which is ridiculous. They are notorious for renting new apartments for way cheaper than renewals for their current tenants.

The workout room is a let down, the machines are old and you can bet at least 2 will be broken. Someone stole the TV upstairs about 5 months ago - - they have yet to replace it.

The prices seem a little high for how old the complex is and especially since there are a lot of brand new, swanky apartments going up all around the same area. They haven t done any upgrades to the apartments.

I would suggest this place I enjoyed my time there and would have stayed if they were more accommodating on renewals.
