After being here for one year it's obvious that management could care less about keeping you. They forced me to pay for cable ($40) and forced me to pay for valet trash service ($22) when I renewed my lease. I wouldn't mind if I used these amenities but I do not. There are ample trash bins in the parking garage so there is no need to pay for the service. They also tacked on $100 to my rent for the smallest floorplan. Electric bills have went up over 50% for the past two months due to new meters being installed. The girls in the office play dumb (because they are) and the electric company gives you the run around. I've paid over $100 each month for the past two months with my windows open and nothing on. No heat, no AC, no TV (never watch it depsite paying for it). I could go on more about the pool not being chlorinated enough or the dog crap all over the grass or the "security gates" never being locked. It's a sketchy neighborhood at night and crime is above average for the area. Look elsewhere!!!
