As most people mentioned the crime and ignorance of the managements makes this place almost unbearable.

I live on the Audley St. entrance near 59 and have witnessed 2 attacks, heard a variety of fights and lived in the same building as a rapist.

A girl was mugged and nearly raped on a Monday evening, not at 2am but at 9pm, just walking from her car. 2 men jumped out of a nearby parking garage and beat her to the ground. When she tried to get away they jumped our so called security gates to continue their attack.

2 weeks later our neighbor raped a girl on the property and then fled the scene. When others in our building complained about his previous suspicious behavior management blew it off and told most of us we were imagining it.

Cars are constantly getting broken in to and random homeless people are always walking through the complex. Gates that should be closed are always open and the gates you want to open are always broken or stuck.

The rent continues to sky rocket with no improvements to things that really matter and I dont mean a valet trash service that costs me extra each month.

As convenient as it may be to the highway, it is noisey and traffic is terrible trying to leave in the morning and I have too much trouble getting into my house after 5pm when Greenway Plaza people start to leave.

I am sure there has to be a better place just as new with better price and better people who actually care about what happens to their residents.
