My husband and I moved into Camden temporarily while our house was being built. We lived there March 2007-June 2007. We did not have any of the major problems listed by previous reviewers. We lived in building 2 on the 1st floor and did not have any crime issues. A few complaints: Our apartment was dirty and dusty upon move in, with several minor issues. The most major was that our dryer was not connected properly and released all the hot air into the apartment. It took maintenance 4 different visits to fix it. There are not a lot of grassy areas to walk dogs. The front office was always professional and nice. We would recommend the property. It was nice.
