1st things 1st.. Everyone is right, The location is great! You cant beat it!! I am close to work, close to all the major freeways, close to restraunts and local bars, its awesome! I read in another review that Camden Greenway is a great place to meet singles! Thats absolutley true as well... Everyone that I have seen who lives here is between the ages of 21-29ish, Camden Greenway has a very "young professional" vibe to it.. My neighbors are great, everyone is chill, laid back and cool. I will run into a few complainers every now and then while walking my dog but we all know those types (their never satisfied)...My other neighbors to my left are snobby rich boys from St Thomas U, there a little annoying but whatever. I have only ONE complaint about the office staff, and thats to get rid of the dark haired girl... she was very rude to me when I came in about a balance. Everyone else is great, and very friendly, they seem to really care when you have a problem (and thats hard to come by)...Lets see, the only other complaint I have is some A**HOLE Let there dog crap on my door mat... I told the office and the next week a letter was sent out to everyone.. The office (in my book is pretty on top of things)! I cant complain about maintenence, they always come within 1-2 days and I have only had to call back once when they didnt show... (that was last year)... I would recommend Camden as a whole to anyone... Camden Greenway is a great place to live, Camden recently got #50 on the top 100 companies to work for so that must mean SOMETHING...If your thinking about moving here but your un-sure I hope this helps, its always nice to see another friendly face.

No, I do not pay for either... However Security is already provided thru Camden incase you did not know that... :o)

I've lived here for one year and just renewed my lease. The management is great, very friendly and the maintainance guys are nice. I live on the second floor and have not had a problem with security. One complaint is that the hallway floors are a bit dirty and could use a good clean. The pool is amazing as well as the gym. Houston is a big city, so crime is everywhere. I had my pointsettas stolen that where outside my front door during the holidays, that's about it. I'm pretty sure that was neighbor, who blasted techo music at 4 am and I had to complain, he moved out shortly after that:) I love my place, the 811 sq. ft. one bedroom and what you pay to live in the city beats the increasing gas prices. Close to work, midtown, great restaurants and bars nearby. Great place for singles, too!!
