Rent here is significantly increased after the first year. Unfortunately, the State of Texas does not have rental rate increase caps. If the state did, this place would not get away with 25-35% rate increases. They cannot justify the increases either. Security is an issue and even prompted "townhall" style meetings last year. Fitness facilities compared to other apartments in the area pale in comparison. I would highly recommend moving just across 59 to more reasonably priced apartments. Oh, front office staff turnover is high and contributes to poor management. They will request documents four times before it actually ends up in your file.

Fully agree on all counts. Mgmt has requested the same worthless documents from me over and over after they have already recieved them. Crime remains an issue with frequent car break-ins. Leasing agents are inexperienced and enriliable (except Ashley). And the rate increses are unprecedented. South of 59 does have some great complexes (along Westpark and Bissonet). Would recommend these to potential leasees.

I agree with you too. My neighbor has lived here for 3 years and this year he said his rent increased by $200 per month. Mine increased $300 if I sign a new lease. My friend's rent increased $125 per month. Ridiculous.

I agree Ashley is the only one worth a crap in that office. Prices, utility costs and crime are RIDICULOUS for that area.
