I have lived here a few months so far and it has been a great experience. I love the location. It is very dog friendly with a dog park just down the street! The grounds are kept very clean and it is never noisy. Maintenance is usually quick to fix things. I have also felt pretty safe there. I notified management about the broken walk-in gate by building 10 and there is no sign of getting that fixed, which is concerning. The pool and work out room are very nice! Overall, it is very nice and the rent is not as high as surrounding apartment complexes. I think people who usually write on these are dramatic and like to complain so here is a positive review to look at.

Agreed - I notice that trend too. They should focus their conern towards the issues folks feel obliged to report, eh?

Just give it a few months. It looked good to me at first too.
