I love my apartment. I live on the second floor and have never had problems with security and break-ins. I have the large one bedroom and my electric bill around $180, only because I use a lot. The maintenance is great. Over the past month and a half, I have had all my requests handled in a timely manner. My water heater erupted, they fixed. Things happen, you just have to deal. I'm writing this because I was reading some of the other reviews...the neighbors are somewhat friendly and the pool is great. The gym is wonderful, tons of equipment. The clean-up after Ike has been done. The rent is normal for this area..only thing I have a problem with is paying for cable when I have digital. I LOVE the valet trash and don't mind paying for that...

What every - the gym had a TV that was broken for over a year!
And the only way they fixed your water heater so fast is if you work for them!
