Pay for cable even if you have satellite

The location and facilities are nice and clean. That said, there is a valet trash service and cable charge even if you live next to the dumpster and have satellite or digital cable. I do have a lot of small roaches from time to time, though I think it's due more to the weather driving them in than an infestation problem.
Don't live here if you have after-market rims on your car, I have had two pairs of Giovanni's stolen off of my Rover in less than a year. I know every place has crime but that is just unacceptable.
