Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
Due to an adjoining apartment, our apartment flooded and started mildewing. We never received a visit or phone call from the manager, only an assistant. Camden Greenway was very unwilling to assist with clean-up, relocating us, or concessions. This issue was so bad we contacted corporate via phone calls and letters, WE NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE!
Also, the management sends out very unprofessional letters that are on a first grade level.
Lastly, when we went to re-new our lease, it went up $150 a month!
Camden properties are very nice; however, if you need assistance after the sell they are terrible!
