Don't move here if you are afraid of high electric bills, roaches and no security officer. The place is safe enough, but they have never done anything about the car break-ins that occur at an insane rate.

Your car got broken into? That sucks. But it doesnt mean it happens at an "insane" rate. I checked City of Houston Crime Statistics for Burglary of an Automobile. Occurances were quite low. Do some research before posting a non factual and emotionally charged review of something.
