I have been here about a month. i find this quite a bit more quiet than other apartment complexes that i have been too. i go at night to check them out prior to moving in. i live in LA, but am here in houston for work, so this is one of the quieter places i have ever lived including my house in Los angeles. everyone who has something bad to say will post. i also searched around for apts, and for the closeness to downtown, restaurant row etc..... this is the best place/value that i could find. this is a very pet friendly place which was a surprise. also, had 2 issues the first couple of days i moved in, called in the morning and came home to find them fixed with copy of the work order. can't complain about that.
