Not Bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/21/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   The Apartment I have is adequate. Actually, truthfully the property as a whole can best be described as adequate. When I moved in, I had higher expectations. The few times I have had to deal with managment have been...well adequate. The Maintance is good but my apartment was not ready to move into when I signed my lease. After a few complaints, the carpet was replaced and the walls were painted ect. I would recommend thinking about the property location right on the Sam Houston Tollway. In the morning, I have to gun my car to get up to highway speeds quickly as moving traffic is going about 60 MPH. My last concern would be the I believe to be HUD housing property next door. While I have an attached garage and do not walk around the property, it would seem the less desirable "neighbors" would walk through our property. Holly Springs is for some people a great choice. I will be moving after my lease term.
