Loved It From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/27/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   I lived in my apartment for 2 and a half years. If not for the fact that I was moving to San Antonio - I would still be there now! I loved the close proximity to the Beltway and Westheimer and I-10, even. The front exit is quite steep, but you can use the side exit and that's better (except for the run down surroundings). Maintenance was prompt in requests. My AC overflow above the bathtub leaked during the summers, but they would always come when I called and blow it out. It was somewhat annoying the frequency with whch that happened though... Nicely built units. I didn't have much problems with noise from the neighbors except I would often get woken up by the neighbors "nightly activities" as our bedrooms were back to back. I think I heard the people above me too.
