Is this legal' From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Some of us here gotten a great increase on our rent. I talked to someone yesterday and they told me the price for a townhome is now going to above 1500! Thats like buy a house and then some. They (office) feel that they can raise the rate to whatever they want. I agree with what someone else when they mentioned the noise it is out of hand, it's terrible. The only great thing about this place would have to be the landscaping and the access to the beltway.
