Good Apartment From: rashmipj Date posted: 8/14/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I lived in this apartment for little more than a year. I really liked it. Good location - next to a good grocery store, laundry, UPS, conveinent public transport. I didn't use many facilities in the apartment like fitness center/pool. I did use business center couple of times. The staff was very helpful. If the business center machines(fax) didn't work they would let me use the office machines. Apartments do have microwave/ washer dryer in unit - you don't need to rent one. I did find some bugs in my kitchen some times - I took care of it using repellents etc. A little more lighting in the garage would be more helpful at nights. As this place in midtown - safety might be concern - but whenever I came home late at night I could see security guards on their little carts (looks like a golf cart)around. Overall I recommend this place.
