Problems might outweigh location/price From: happilyhitched Date posted: 10/18/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   As other reviewers have mentioned, these apartments are in a great location. Although there are quite a few alternatives, I found that as far as price goes, they were very willing to negotiate. I was a first floor, end unit resident. The noise was annoying. Even when people chatted in the hallway or walking by, we could hear every word clearly. We did have a few incidences as well. Property stolen off porch and midnight visit by police because of drunken guy weilding a pellet gun at windows. I did find the staff more than accomadating and service was on the spot and friendly. Parking was an issue and I will agree with the "dead" cars scattered throughout the garage. Direct access to your floor with walkways covered was nice. There was a mystery resident that would leave nasty, offensive notes on your car if you parked crooked or stopped in a handicap for a few minutes. Psycho! If you are into high speed internet at all, then this is NOT the place for you. CM has a contract with a small, lesser known provider whose service is dismal at best. Internet service would go out at least once a week and be out for half a day. We had them on speed dial! If you're looking for a good deal, then look no further. If you're looking for quiet luxury then pay more money and go up the street.
