Camden Midtown

We like living here! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/9/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005 1 response   Great Location, awesome floor plans, friendly staff and quick maintenance! That best describes my experience here at Camden Midtown! I have lived in many other apartment communitys in the area and find this one is the absolute best! Heres why It is close to the only grocery store in Midtown with a covenant starbucks right upstairs. If you are interested in the light rail for getting from point A to point B youll love it here because it is 1.5 blocks from my gated/covered parking garage. The floor plans are not your typical apartment plans; they are sectioned off very much like a home. The two-tone paint also makes them fell comfortable and inviting. I live in a two bedroom and you cant beat the price for all you get! Every experience I have had with the staff has been a pleasant one. They check for packages if Im not able to stop by and ask how every thing is in my apartment when ever I pay my rent. They hold quarterly get togethers and put out a newsletter once a month to let every one know what is going on around them. Maintenance has been to our apartment four times in the past year to change out our A/C filter. They replaced it the same day I called in where as at other communities I was lucky if I received it with in the next three days. The grounds are kept clean and they are always trying to keep the garbage bins clear. If you are looking for a place to live, check it out here!
