They will rip you off From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/15/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   My husband and I lived there for two years. We had several problems with the noise and the trash. We complained and nothing was ever done.n If we had to pay so much money, then it also must be a safe and clean place, and this property offers none of that. One other thing - BE CAREFUL when you move out - take photos of your apartment becuase these people will never give you back you money. They will charge you for carpet when it is still new. So be careful - they are not honest
