I wish I would have read the reviews for this complex before moving here. Moving to this complex was the biggest mistake of my life. If you are a single female, this is not the place for you. I was always afraid to go to my apartment alone after dark. There was always a group of guys hanging out by the fence all hours of the day and night. The lighting for the complex was horrible. Carry a flashlight when walking alone. I still wonder how five people can live in a one bedroom apartment. The laundry facilities were horrible. The apartment I lived in had a lingering odor that would not go away. Earthworms and centipedes were my roommates. That does not include the problem with gnats that were in the apartment. The exterminators stole money from me when they came out to spray. I could go on and on. After only living there seven months, I did not care about breaking my lease. I had to go and you should too. Don't waste your time or money here.

I am the manager and would like to say that we do not allow loitering or "hanging out" at our community at any time. We have upgraded our exterior lighting throughout the community as part of one of our large exterior improvements as of February 2005 and our exterminators are licensed , bonded, contractors who have worked for our company for over 10 years, they are one of the best in the business and we have not ever had any complaints about theft from our exterminating contractor.
