No sir....... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/31/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   Its a calm community but office staff is somewhat shady, received eviction notices almost every month due to disturbances but neighbors unruly kids blast tejano music at annoying volumes and i am hardly ever home....hmmm. parking lot is torn up and street parking is treacherous due to KIDS throwing beer bottles into the street..Courtesy officer should be called the a-hole officer. someone was murderd in a drug deal gone bad recently and the staff wont even mention it. they never ever replaced my air filter or the lightbulb outside my door......
