It is hard to know what to believe! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/24/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I am a new resident to this community. I read the reviews 1 and 2 before I moved in and now that I have been here for a while I have to speak my mind. My apartment is beautiful. It is perfect for my son and I. You can not beat the location. To date the managment has been good but I have not done anything to provoke any other reaction. The parking is absolutly horrible. I am in the front of the complex and I forgo evening errands to make sure I have a space. If you are going to consider the complex aim for an apartment in the back so you and your guests do not have to worry about parking. I feel safe but no matter the location or your monthly rent, we live in Houston Texas and that should be enough said. This website is useful but I feel only bad things are said and communitys are not fairly reresented. I urge all tennants to come and share there REAL opinions. One more thing...... I if I were to view this aprtment and they said the rent was "market rate", I would NEVER lease this apartment. It is a good complex for the "special rate", not the regular rate.
