i've lived here for almost a year. only few days later i will be able to say "I used to live there". my rent was raised a hundred $ if i want to renew my lease. so i decided to move to the other camden apartment which have cheaper rate. in order to get myself transfer, i have to have them walk my apartment. i was charged for things i dint do. i was cheated, that's how i fell..i did nothing with that friggin slightly cracked blind, probably twice in a year that I touched it. but i've got to pay $35 or replace the damn thing that i didnt break myself. I was sooo damn wrong that i didnt see those cracks when i walked the apartment at the time i moved in. They just intended to leave those flaws to be your burden, you who wasn't careful enough to look at every friggin detail and put in move in sheet. You know it's just so sad that this is the way they do business. the sadder thing is people who work there and doing unethical job. I literally love my apartment, i do. location, layout, quality, cleanness, every physical things, i love them all. I have to admit that the management do good job in the way of keeping the apartment in good condition. However, im still glad that im moving out because i wont have to deal with these disgusting people anymore.

Put a digital camera to good use and take pictures. Seeing is believing when it comes these things.

I live at Camden Stonebridge and have lived here for a long time. I completely disagree with everything this person has said! The staff is great, and Camden is awesome! We all know that we are supposed to write down anything wrong with an apartment when we move in. I have lived in 3 different apartments here and everyone of them were perfect when I moved in and any problem I have had was fixed immediately. The grounds are beautiful, maintenance is very quick with solving any problems I have and the property is so quiet. My only complaint would be to say that parking can sometimes be a little full but the property is so small that I am never very far away from my apartment.
