Management is amazingly dissapointing From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/23/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008 5 responses   To Whom It May Concern: We as people are entitled to the saying "Seeing Is Believing", but a couple of facts might help you choose wisely before making a big mistake. Take a couple seconds to meditate on these examples: 1) Mrs. -------- made it a point to not explain all the details in the leasing contract. 2) When my neighbors' vehicle was broken into, Mrs. -------- also mentioned that it was their fault for leaving belongings "easily visible" to the strangers eye and that no matter where in houston things like this would be seen and unfortunatly nothing could be done about it. (I'm sorry but "Operation Safe Living" just doesn't cut it, sounds to me like the missions involved in a flick I enjoyed last night). 3) Funny how I see all these reviews about people being charged for things that weren't even done after they leave the Complex(I thought that's what Renters Insurance was for AND a deposite that doesn't have to be refunded to you for damages etc.) 4) Once you believe you've heard it all, Mrs. -------- surprises you again! AMAZING how she can quote Documents and Laws from the State about how she will fine those who leave pet feces on the ground if caught. (That speaks for itself). 5) My Girlfriend once came over and was followed by 2 ghetto people up until she pulled out her mase and ran to my apartment! (Yes people, anybody who walks around Camden Stonebridge should carry around a bottle of mase). 6) Parking is horrendous! 7) People without Camden parking stickers (visitors) have the same advantage as people who DO have them! They can take up all the "resident parking" areas. 8) When you walk in the Leasing Office, you receive dirty looks from the Community Manager. (Everyone else is nice). 9) Breaking and entering into apartment homes in this complex isn't something new, as a matter of fact I think it's in style. 10) Those loud noises that people describe in their reviews are just simply ghetto trashes that Mrs. -------- lets in the complex. The only positive review I can say about this complex is that the maintenance guys are very hard and trust worthy workers who will help you out at any moment,and that they keep camdens' property looking beautiful. In reality come check out Camden Stonebridge for yourself,you'll see that all these statements are facts and not opinions.
