Getting worse by the month From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 photo   Was ok when i moved in about a year ago, but now there are too many bass boomers, parties, drugs, and people (non-residents) walking through the complex. Maintenance is ok, but I guess they are letting just about anyone move in. Recent turnover seems high, almost every week there are moving trucks, and the cleaning crews are loud, working sometimes past 9pm on week nights. No security, no courtesy officer. Cars are vandalized and broken into frequently. New gate was installed, but cars just drive through the exit or wait for a resident to enter. Parking is bad, no regulation whatsoever. Many non-residents leave their cars for several days at a time. Definately the low end of the Camden experience, I'd call it a Class 'C' property.
