Arbor makes Hell look like Heaven From: damien.bunting@gmail.com Date posted: 3/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   Its a huge nightmare to live there. The apartments are falling apart and the maintenance is horrible. We had 3 water leaks due to neighbors water heaters bust. It took them four days to do anything and the mold/mildew became dangerous for health. During the last month of our stay we had to get them to clean the apartment again and they broke a rare collectable of mine. They refused to even fess up who did it, and tried to hide the fact they broke it. The kids are hellions and the parents need their asses busted to give the kids discipline. They are rude, obnoxious, and tottaly unethical. Being a white caucasion in the apartment complex didn't help either. My apartment was falling apart as evident by the huge termite infestation in the walls. Screw you Arbor apartments and I hope your place burns to the ground.
