Wouldn't recommend From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/3/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I recently moved out of this complex. I would agree with a previous post; looks great on the first impression, but dimenishes with each day you're there. Parking is HORRIBLE for tenants and visitors alike. Access is terrible. Had problem after move-in with dryer (wouldn't dry), disposal (just quit working after 1st use), and one of the wire shelving collapsed after loading my belongings onto it. Weather seals on balcony doors were old and actually could see daylight coming through. Great for those who just want to be in close range to Highland Village area, Galleria, etc. Great for those who just plan to sleep there and then leave. Great for those with 1 car living alone and who don't plan to have company over. Staff is alright. No complaints about them. Was actually able to negotiate on some terms of the lease including garage rental. They even had good response to most of my maintenance requests. For those still wanting to move here, DO NOT MOVE IN WITH A POOL VIEW because you will never go to sleep! I was constantly awaken by people partying in the hot tub and/or pool until all hours of the night. Some even partied there until daylight.
