If you're looking for a place to stay, this isn't it. I mean if you like to hear gun shots, couples fighting, stepping is dog crap, not having hot water, no A/C in the summer time, break-ins, murders, drug busts, need I go on. the safest place to park your car is on the street but there is still the chance of it getting hit by a car during a low-speed car chase with the police. You might get hit by a stray bullet from a police officer or one of the young thugs that hang around the property at 3 and 4am. However don't complain or call the Ranger security number because NOTHING will happen. I happened to be in the office on day when an elderly woman was getting her keys to her apartment, the leasing agent "suggested" that she have someone stay with her until she got use to the property. I called early last week to ask about not having hot water, Linda whoever told me I had to call the 800 number so maintance could come out and look at some cartiage in my sinks and faucets. WTF' Water comes from the broiler the whole complex shares what does a cartiage have to do with anything. The wiring sucks and I'm scared that something will start a fire while I'm gone so I turnt he power off to everything when I leave. As soon as I find another place to stay I'm leaving.

HAHA...I FEEL YA LADY...SAME HERE. I EVEN TOOK PICTURES AND VIDEO OF ME HAVING TO GO OUTSIDE TO TURN ON THE BREAKER IN THE RAIN BECAUSE IT KEPT KNOCKING OUT MY POWER WHEN I RAN THE A/C AND DRYER AT THE SAME TIME. MANGT. TOLD ME IT WAS THE ELECTRICAL COMPANYS PROBLEM...WHEN I CALLED TXU OUT THERE THEY SAID NO IT IS THE APARTMENTS PROBLEM AND THEN CHARGED ME 50 DOLLARS FOR COMING OUT FOR NO REASON. IT TOOK THEM A MONTH TO FINALLY CHANGE OUT THE BREAKER THAT KEPT SPARKING AFTER I THREATEND TO SUE THEM. IM SO SICK OF THESE PEOPLE IT IS UNREAL. MY ELECTRIC BILL RAN ABOUT 385 DOLLAR A MONTH THIS SUMMER. CANT WAIT TILL MY LEASE IS UP!
