Nice Complex, Terrible Move Out From: nenasjm Date posted: 3/24/2008 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I was an original tenant when the complex opened and loved it there. I had a good relationship with management. After Katrina there were numerous problems but not as bad as other areas. When it was time to move out they didn't have time to do the walk through as they were always short-handed evertime I stopped by. Someone walked it without me and said the oven was dirty and the ceiling fans. I said just deduct that from my deposit as I had back surgery and everything else was spotless. Same as the other review AFTER that they sent a bill saying I owed all this money for discolored carpet. I was single, no pets and no kids. I wrote several letters which went unanswered and finally contacted Better Business Bureau.
