This place is a Nice complex sure, However yes the complex next door that is known for high crime does seem to be coming over the fence. When I moved in here it seemed impossible that the people from the complex next door would move over here. However it is happening. I should have known better. There are a ton of young people that live in here. Some know how to act others don't. You can find all kinds of food on the parking lot and also on the side walks. The porters clean somethings and leave others to bake in the hot sun for days and weeks. The apartment complex staff is ok. Kayla is nice Melissa is fair gabby is nice. Lindsey has her days and the manager that you rarely see is a complete snobb so it is best she stay hidden. There is also an assistant manager that is fair as well, however I cannot think of her name. They send out letters about double parking and parking in handicapp spaces but there are people that park up on curbs and nothing is done about it. The maintence guys are not very bright. Trashy neighbors are scatterd here and there throughout the complex. Loud music from teenagers at 3 in the morning with sceeching of tires. The office staff does not communicate with each other as they should. The special they ran 3 bedrooms for 999 was completely unfair and with all those specials and extrava-damn-gazas that they have we are only gonna get more trashy people who will only stay for their free months.

I'm surprised that the rating for safety is a 5, yet the first comments are about the high crime from the next door complex starting to creep into the Carrington Place complex.
With all of these problems, I would have thought that the recommendation would have been 'No'.

It's not so unusual, dude. The default is set to the better ranking choices when you fill out this site's review form. If the poster forgets to specifically click the correct choice, the review is submitted with the higher, default ranking. That's why it's important to read the reviews and make your own judgment about the opinion. Don't trust the little green boxes, dude. I think they need a new manager and new staff and also if somebody from the complex wants to move to another sister property they should be able to and the manager should not try to keep residents at there facility if they dont want to

i dont think i want to move here after all me and my husband were supposed to move in on September 21 not any more
