This property appears to be nice, clean and well constructed when first viewed. Living here is another story. The community is quickly going down because of the caliber of some of the residents. Beer cans and bottles all over the grass, some in the parking area and at the pool. Management does not respond to complaints. They say they will, but they really don't. It is overly priced and you are not really getting the value of what you pay for. Four police cars were in the complex for at least an hour last night. You have some decent people mixed in with the undesirables. All I can suggest is think twice before moving here, if you are already here, don't sign another lease.
