We went from living in a house to living here, and I was worried that I would not feel "safe" being in an apartment complex, (especially off of a main highway) however I do. I have not seen any of the cop cars or "thugs" that some of the other reviewers mentioned & hopefully I won't have to. There are alarm systems in every unit though, so that helps. I do agree that the walls/floors are too thin. I can hear my neighbors, & I feel sorry for the people below us because I have a 3 year old son who loves to jump. The grounds are always very clean & I see the maintenance guy every morning either picking up trash, working on landscaping or some other random task. Gabby in the office & the guy agent (cannot remember his name) are about the only nice ones though. We almost did not sign our lease because either the manager or asst. manager was incredibly rude to us.I agree with the reviewer who said they seem a little snobbish and stuck up. So far, we have not had any real maintenance concerns. The location is great, the mailbox is well lit. We do have one neighbor (older white lady who drinks) who seems a little psychotic, but I think you get a few weirdos anywhere. I have not noticed any loud music, but there are a few early moring dogs barking. On a scale of 1-10, I'd rate it about a 7.5. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
