Just ok, nothing spectacular From: ThomBoy78 Date posted: 6/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I've lived here since July 05... My building was very nice when I first moved in, and had a great neighbor downstairs who would watch my apt when I went out of town. Lately, the people who have moved in have not been the friendliest or quietest neighbors I would like. I love the layout of the apt, and the price is pretty comparable for the quality. Management has done fairly well when I have an issue related to maintenance. They're not always the friendliest when I go into the office though, and I feel as though I get the run around sometimes. Parking is not a problem, but my car did get knicked at one point. Pool area is kinda trashy at times, and the grounds are as well occasionally. I've decided to move into the Loop as I'm tired of suburbia, but this isn't such a bad place to live if you have to live out here.
