only thing luxurious about this place is the price. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   This place is bad, bad, bad, bad, bad, bad. We moved in August. The apartment was meant to be brand new. Thats a joke. The carpet was badly strained. Patio door did not open and we had to buy and fit our own ceiling fans. It took them 3 days to fix the AC with the day time temperature of over 95 degrees. The managers comments where "what do you want me to do about it!" Thats a very poor attitude. The entrance gate closed on our car and damaged the paint work. The manager told us it not is responsible even if the gates malfunction. So beware when you drive through them gates. Noise is really bad all the time. People upstairs having parties all night. Poor construction. No sound proofing. BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM all night. The manager promises to do something and then the next night its the same again. Trash compactor is always broken. We got a $50 fine for leaving trash outside our apartment. Where else are we suppose to put it' Because you get a $25 fine if you put it outside the compactor. I went to the office and told the manager i would not pay it. He called the police and asked them to come and arrest me. The police refused. He told me my family are now banned from using the pool, business office and gym. And for good measure he's going to evict us! He also said the police would arrest us if we "trespassed". We pay alot of money for these services, he can't stop us from using them. Evict us. We can't wait to get out of this dump. Lots of crime on the site. Few apartment break-ins and car break-in. Guy downstairs had is tools stolen from his truck and the manager would not do anything. if you rent here it will be the biggest mistake of your life. you have been warned.
