Dumb staff members in the office

I think everybody at carrington place should leave the managment is bad the staff is bad and the office people do not know what they are doing. We are trying to move into another sister property and the manager is saying that we can not do so we only can move into another apartment in the same complex. I think that is very stupid. We as residence have the right to move if we want to. The office also takes a long time to fax over rental history on there residence and the financial person takes a long time to let you know what your penalties are if you break a lease or if you just want info she does not respond back immediately and when somebody calls the office for her they say shes in but not taking calls or they will take a message and she will not return the call (horrible)

I feel your pain. Incompetant staff and crime issues all the time. Unfortunately, they want to rip you off if you ask to break your lease.
