Terrible From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   When I moved into this place I was very impressed with the complex. That is where my impressed thoughts of the complex stopped. I asked the office to get the gate fixed and a number of other items fixed around the complex to only have them never fixed. I was told that they were being "contracted out" two years later I am still waiting on them to get fixed. I did not want to move after the first year of living here when my lease expired so I renewed which was a terrible mistake. I have never been late on a rent check or on the water/trash bill but the office always leaves notices that you are late on your rent when I actually paid early. The office also went to my lease after I signed it and changed some items and wanted to charge me for what they changed. They went into my lease and increased my rent during the time period of my second lease and try to charge me late payments for the difference. At best the office are morons. The security gates are always broken. for the nearly two years that I have lived here they have been broken more than they have worked. The gates have been broken from August 2006 to the present (Jan 24, 2007). They have not worked in so long that for the one day during this period that they were working I have not had to use my gate key in so long I did not know where it was or where I put it. I had to drive to the exit gate get out of my car and pull the security gate open so I could drive my car into the parking lot. How safe is that' that I can pull the security gate open. The gates were broken the next day. I can't wait till I move out of this place to a safer, nicer complex. The aparments are nice on the inside but they are hell on the outside. I can't wait till I can move out.
